SENIOR ESTIMATOR David R. Holder has been with Central Florida Landscaping for over 32 years.  David is the Senior Estimator and a licensed irrigation contractor David is responsible for irrigation estimates and interacts with contractors and architects in order to secure new work for the company. He combines sales, communication and estimating skills, along with extensive product knowledge to assist clients in any new projects.

ESTIMATOR Xuan (Swan) M. Wallis has been with Central Florida Landscaping since 1997.  Xuan prepares the landscape estimates for new landscape construction and renovation projects. She utilizes several design programs to provide the most accurate bid proposals. Xuan received her Bachelor's Degree in Economics and International Business from The University of South Florida. 

ASST. BID COORDINATOR Victoria Holder has been with Central Florida Landscaping since 2007. Victoria assists the estimating department with organizing bids, procuring plan documents and any filing needs.
